Monthly Accounting & Quarterly Financial Statements

Our goal is to provide you with proactive accounting and consulting advice for you and your practice. We customize financial statements to your specifications, and prefer to have regularly scheduled visits to discuss progress and planning. The first step in achieving this goal is to be able to have up-to-date information on the financial health of your practice. Therefore, we provide accounting services on a monthly basis. Our comprehensive accounting services include:

- Monthly financial record keeping that includes preparation of a Profit and Loss Statement for your practice, including the current month and year-to-date figures, as well as historical financial comparisons.

- Reconciliation of client records for payment/collection to third party bank statements.

- Monthly reconciliation of your bank statements for all business checking and savings accounts.

- All Federal and State quarterly payroll tax reports and forms will be prepared by us, including annual W-2 forms for your staff and 1099 forms, if necessary.

Cash Flow Management and Budgeting

Let us help you create a cash flow budget so you are always aware of the financial status of your practice or business. Once your budget has been created we will help you manage and advise you in the best investments for your practice or business.
